NovaMarine have opened a calibration division to complement its fire, survival and technologies service offering to our customers. With limited downtime, we provide precision on-site calibration, diagnostics and repairs with our highly skilled and experienced technical staff that will meet industry standards.
Our technicians work in accordance with our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and to OEM specifications. We are able to offer offshore calibration, equipment sales as well as 24/7, after sales servicing and support to our customers.

Pressure
- From -14.5 to +43K PSI (-1 to 3 000 bar)
- Test instrument device accuracy ranges between 0.25% to 0.5% of reading
- Pressure calibratable measuring devices include dial pressure and vacuum gauges, pressure and level sensors as well as transducers and transmitters
Temperature
- From -50 to 1 500°C (-58 to 2 732°F)
- Test instrument devices accuracy ranges between 0.25% to 1.0% of reading
- Temperature calibratable measuring devices include thermometers, temperature calibrators and gauges, RTD, Ullage Temperature Interface (UTI), IR thermometers, bi-metals as well as temperature transmitters, switches and recorders
Gas
- Calibration of measuring devices measuring LEL% H2S, O2, CO, to name a few
- Test instrument devices accuracy ranges are 1.0% of reading
- Gas calibratable measuring devices include single and multi-gas meters, tank scopes, IR and fixed gas detection systems
Oil in water monitoring
- Diagnostics, repairs, service and full function test of existing units
- Commissioning of units to meet IMO resolution MEPC 107(49), MEPC 108(49) and MEPC 240(65)
- Oil in water measuring devices include bilge 15ppm oil content monitors, bilge overboard security systems, Oil Discharge Monitoring Equipment (ODME) and turbidity monitors
Mass
- From 1g to 500kg
- Test instrument devices accuracy ranges are 1.0% of reading
- Mass calibratable measuring devices include scales, mass pieces and load cells
Measurement
- From 0.5mm to 350mm
- Test instrument devices accuracy ranges between 0.5% to 1.0% of reading
- Measurement calibratable measuring devices include digital vernier calipers, dial calipers, depth gauges, micrometers, pin gauges and rules
Torque
- From 1 Nm to 2 000 Nm (0.73 ft/lb to 1 475 ft/lb)
- Test instrument devices accuracy ranges between 0.5% to 1.0% of reading
- Torque calibratable measuring devices include torque gauges, torque multipliers, torque screwdrivers, torque transducers and torque watches
Valves
- From -14.5 to +43K PSI (-1 to 3 000 bar)
- Our test instrument devices accuracy range between 0.25% to 0.5% of reading
- Repairs, service and full function test
- Valve calibratable measuring devices include a variety of valves such as control, butterfly, globe, non-return, relief / safety, gate, solenoid and pilot operating safety valves
