As Operations Manager, Susan’s focus is on ensuring that NovaMarine’s stations are technically in line with all IMO and ISO regulations and that yearly audits are conducted by the classification societies to ensure compliance with all regulations.
With a strong belief in effective leadership at all levels as well as teamwork, Susan’s customer-centric focus has been gained from over 20 years in the service industry across a number of portfolios.
Barbra PietersService Manager
Barbra worked in the Marine Hydraulic industry for nine years specialising in sales and administration before joining NovaMarine in 2015 as a client service agent. Having worked her way up to the position of Service Manager in 2017, she has gained an excellent track record in the marine safety equipment market. In her role, she is responsible for managing customer accounts, queries, jobs and mobilisation of technicians local and offshore.
With a good track record of problem solving, Barbra runs a team that covers the following divisions Lifeboat servicing, Fire Equipment servicing, Chandling Administration, customer queries and Marine Equipment internal sales.
Iederees WilliamsOperations Manager Warehousing
Iederees has been working in the logistics, import and export sectors since the early 2000’s and has extensive experiencing in manage bonded as well as duty-paid warehousing.
Since joining NovaMarine he has worked his way up from Store Controller to Operations Manager where he is tasked with quoting, bond store and warehouse operating procedures, fleet management and deliveries and customer liaison.
Achmad HendricksSupply Chain Manager
Achmad joined NovaMarine in 1996 as a buyer dealing mainly with foreign suppliers. Since then he has gained significant experience through exposure to the various departments within NovaMarine was appointed to his current position as Supply Chain Manager in 2014.
Achmad is also involved in maintaining the ISO9001:2015 and SANAS ISO 17020:2012 quality management systems for the company.
